Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Local Algo website and services (the “Services”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. The Services are provided by Local Algo LLC (“Local Algo,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

1. The Services

Local Algo provides done-for-you local search marketing for local service businesses. Depending on your plan, this may include Google Business Profile optimization and management, review generation and reply management, unified messaging with a dedicated business phone number, lead filtering and CRM delivery, reporting, and an included multi-page website. Features may be added, changed, or improved over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

3. Account Access & Your Google Business Profile

To deliver the Services, you grant us Manager access to your Google Business Profile and access to related accounts and tools. Manager access lets us optimize, post, and reply on your behalf. It does not allow us to transfer ownership of, remove, or add other managers to your profile. You retain full ownership of your profile and accounts and may revoke our access at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including for website and A2P/phone-number registration.
• Own, or have the right to use, all content, images, and information you provide to us.
• Comply with all applicable laws and with the policies of third-party platforms, including Google and telecom/SMS regulations.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited purpose.

5. Fees, Billing & Automatic Renewal

The Services are offered on a subscription basis at $249 per month, per business location, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance, and your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices may change with prior notice; continuing to use the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected] (or in the app, where available). Cancellation stops future monthly renewals. Because we perform work on an ongoing basis throughout each billing term, all fees are non-refundable once billed for the then-current monthly term, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds. Your Services remain active through the end of the term you have paid for.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Google, GoHighLevel, and telecom/SMS providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy decisions made by those third parties, and their availability is not guaranteed.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Local search rankings, call volume, leads, reviews, and other outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party algorithms and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, result, lead volume, or revenue. Any timelines or examples are estimates, not promises.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our systems, software, processes, and materials. You retain ownership of your business content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables (such as your website) for as long as your subscription is active; access to certain deliverables may end upon cancellation.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to send unlawful, spam, or non-compliant communications.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s non-public information and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Algo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Algo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
