We are not handing you a template with your logo on it. We map your process on a call and build to that. There are common patterns because most service businesses share problems, but the timing, wording and branches are yours.
Can I change a workflow later?
Yes. Tell us what to change and we change it. You can also edit them yourself in the app if you want to.
Will customers know it is automated?
Not if it is written well. The wording sounds like your business, and anything that needs a real answer routes to a person.
What if I already have automations set up?
We will look at them. If they are working we leave them alone and build around them.
