Hear the bad news before Google does
Every job ends one of two ways. Review gating asks every customer, sends the happy ones straight to your profile, and routes anyone unhappy to your inbox first so you get a chance to fix it.
Real customers, real reviews, better timing.
One rough job, posted publicly
Most owners find out a customer was unhappy by reading it on their profile, days later, with no chance to make it right.
Nobody remembers to ask
The crew finishes, everyone moves on, and the happiest customer you had all month never gets asked.
Bad days go straight to Google
One rough job gets posted before you ever hear about it, and now it lives on your profile.
The reviews say nothing useful
Great service is nice to read and does nothing to help you rank for the service and city you want.
Ask everyone, route by answer
Set up once, then it runs after every job without anyone on your team thinking about it.
Automatic review invites
Requests go out by text and email after the job, when the customer is most likely to respond.
Private feedback routing
Unhappy responses come to your inbox so you hear about them first instead of reading them on Google.
Happy customers go public
Five star responses are sent straight to your Google profile, which is the one that moves the map pack.
Keyword guided prompts
The request nudges the customer to mention what you did and where, so the review carries useful words.
Past customer backfill
We can run the request through customers you have already served, not only new jobs.
Replies handled too
Every review that comes in gets an on brand reply, which is its own part of the system.
Three steps, then it runs itself
We connect your job flow
Completed jobs, closed tickets or a one tap send from your phone, whichever fits how your team works.
The invite goes out
Text and email, timed to land while the work is fresh, worded around your services and areas.
Good ones go public, bad ones come to you
Happy customers go to Google. Anything else routes privately so you can fix it first.
Included in your flat monthly rate
Review generation, gating and replies are part of the same system as your profile, your website and your inbox.
- Automatic review requests by text and email
- Unhappy feedback routed to you privately

Common questions about Review Gating
Is review gating allowed?
This is worth being straight about. Google's policy does not allow only soliciting reviews from customers you expect to be happy. Our flow asks every customer and never blocks anyone from posting publicly. What it does is give an unhappy customer an easy private route first, and give you the chance to fix the problem before they decide. We will walk through exactly how your flow is worded on the call.
What happens to a customer who is unhappy?
Their response comes to you privately first so you have a chance to make it right. They can still leave a public review if they want to, and some will.
Can we ask customers we served last year?
Yes. If you have a list we can run it through the system so you are not starting from zero.
Does it work for platforms other than Google?
Google is where we focus, because that profile drives the map pack and feeds AI answers. Others can be added to the flow.
The rest of the system
Every part of Local Algo works with the others. One platform, one flat rate.
